Georgian fairytale was an inspiration for both of us, so Grigol decided to carve my fairy sketch on a walnut wooden wall art.
In old Georgian fairy tales heroes were searching for the secret garden, the Tree of Life and its fruit to cure their wounds or help the loved ones survive a disease. Here you see the Guardians of the garden - "Devebi" as we call giant creatures, deers ,birds and fishes, snake - as a symbol of wisdom and the stars giving the picture more mystic and majestic feeling
